Compulsory Purchase Order Library of Supporting Documents

By law we are required to publish to following documents.

Lincolnshire County Council and South Kesteven District Council are working together on a project to regenerate the Station Approach area of Grantham.

Outline planning permission has already been granted by South Kesteven District Council to develop the land for offices, residential accommodation, hotel and leisure uses, public realm works and business incubator units. In order to progress the scheme, Lincolnshire County Council has made a compulsory purchase order which has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation. If confirmed, the order will authorise Lincolnshire County Council to purchase compulsorily the land required for the first phase of the project. A copy of the order, order map, statutory notice, statement of reasons, statement of case and a supporting library of documents have been deposited at the offices of South Kesteven District Council, St Peters Hill, Grantham Lincolnshire NG31 6PZ and may be seen at all reasonable hours.
