Wharf Place occupies a prominent position in the town centre adjacent Station Approach and provides the opportunity for a mix of retail and leisure uses, supported by a range of further uses including residential and offices. The site is located on the corner of Wharf Road and the High Street opposite the St. Peters Hill and the Guildhall, marking the gateway to the town centre from the south.

A Development Brief adopted by South Kesteven District Council as Supplementary Planning Document which was formally adopted in January 2012.

Ownership

The site is principally with two private landowners with a number of different uses including a super market, Bus Station, Post Office and sorting office and a shopping precinct.

Availability

The site is subject to plans being brought forward with the landowners to redevelop the site.
